Returns and refunds
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition.

How to return
Email hello@sisuhomeware.com with your order number. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.

Return shipping
You pay for return shipping. If your item arrived faulty or isn’t what you ordered, we cover it.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked the item, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Please note, delivery costs are not refunded.

Faulty or wrong items
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full, including delivery. Each design is made from a limited length of fabric, so we can’t always replace like for like.
